Asian Youth Choir consists of 50 young people from Asian regions who were united by the audition for "Niigata Asian Cultural Festival" held every other year. This time, young people from 8 Asian regions (including China, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Russia, Singapore, and Japan), after rehearsal-camping for 10 days in Niigata, try to perform the concert beyond different languages, cultures, and living practices. Professor Rodolfo Delarmente is a composer, arranger and professor in music at college. Prof. Delarmente is one of the most famous choir conductors in Manila the Philippines Choirs under Prof. Delarmente's direction have won an impressive number of awards De la Salle University Choir won awards in several competitions in Europe.
