2. Information for Authors & Contributors
1) Presentations will be conducted simultaneously in seven rooms. Please check the floor plan in this programme or at the registration area.
Authors briefing: Please be at the session room 10 minutes before the start of your session.
2) General papers
Presentation: 15 minutes Discussion: 5 minutes
3) Keynote lectures
Presentation: 40 minutes Discussion: 10 minutes
4) Audio Visual Equipment:
An overhead projector will be available in each session room.
A 35mm slide projector and a LCD projector for PC will also be provided according to the audio visual requirements submitted in advance on the "Speaker's Biographical Form. " Speakers who plan to use an LCD projector are responsible for bringing their own computers to the session rooms and checking operations before the start of the sessions.
