Step 6: Closure of the ballot (3)
The committee secretary and chair and the member body balloters are notified e-mail of the closed vote. The have immediate access to the table of replies and the comment files for download from the server.
Each individual comment file shall be downloaded the secretariat.
Step 7: Preparation of the Report of Voting
The committee secretary shall merge the different comment files into one file to facilitate sorting of the comments (e.g. on the clause numbers).
The committee secretariat shall enter observations decisions on the comments received in the appropriate column in the template.
