E-balloting - The next phase
Extension of the use of the e-balloting application to include additional ISO member bodies in November/December 2000
Second release of the application will support decentralized (i.e. delegated) balloting, commenting by liaison organizations etc. (by 2nd quarter 2001)
The main process steps (1)
Steps in the "extended" balloting process:
1. Submission of files from the committees (in revisable format & PDF) to ISO/CS
2. Preparation of the files for ballot by ISO/CS and opening of the ballots
3. National consultation and consolidation of national comments
