2. PLiB Dictionary, STEP Schema
PLiB dictionary is expressed by the Part21 files (pump_dictionaly.stp).
-This dictionary is a proto type for this project, and not same as one of ISO 10303-226.
AP226 STEP schema is in ARM level in this project.
-This may be replaced with AIM schema in near future.
