5.4.3 section_of_offset_point_table (N871-4.2.93)
section_of_offset_point_tableは、ship_pointが整理されたリストである。これはポリラインによって表現されいるship_curveと同様である。
section_of_offset_point_tableと関連のあるデータは、次のデータである。
- for_offset_table;
- section_identifier;
- section_points

for_offset_tableはsection_of_offset_point_tableのためのoffset_point_table_modelsと関連付けられている。
5.4.3.2 section_identifier (N871-4.2.93.2)
section_identifierは、offset tableの断面が与える前後関係の詳細について記述している。
5.4.3.3 section_points (N871-4.2.93.3)
section_pointは、Ship_pointが断面形状を表しているオフセットについて記述している。
5.4.3.4 offset_point_table_modelの解説
offset_point_table_modelを、station linesを例に取って解説する。offset_point_table_modelは、正に図5.4-4のような線図データそのものであると考えてよい。その線図データがどのようなタイプの線図データであるかは、offset_point_table_modelの持つoffset_point_table_typeデータから判断できる。もし、offset_point_table_modelに図5.4-4のようなstation linesのデータが定義されれば、当然、offset_point_table_typeデータは、"station lines"でなければならない。
また、各線図データの持つ各断面でのlinesデータは、offset_point_table_modelの持つoffset_point_table_sectionsデータに格納される。図5.4-4のようなstation linesのデータであれば0〜n番目までのstation linesデータがoffset_point_table_sectionsデータに格納される。
