Additional ESTEP issues
1) Use AP214 method of identifying Conformance Class in schema name
2) Rule that all Polylines used as a moulded_form boundary shall be closed.
3 ) Email to Uwe about why Any_address no longer has Address as Select (external_references BB).
BB change write-up says was part of Bordeaox decisions: but nothing in Bordeaux Minutes. Gerry has issue that Part41 address should be in Any_address Select (or could be an attribute on external_storage).
