The basic sound cannot be produced unless air is taken into the esophagus. There are three methods in the intake of air i.e.
* the inhalation method
* the swallowing method
* the injection method
Most people can vocalize the basic sound using the inhalation method from the beginning, however, there are people who cannot produce the basic sound easily due to the special operation they received. Instructors have to ask the manners of the operation and conditions after the operation and during the hospitalization. To work out thoroughly the way to teach vocalization, and instruct them accordingly to the detail.
The training will take the following process;
* First of all, explain fully the theory of the esophageal speech
