Pitch
The average male esophageal speaker is said to have a pitch level during conversational speech that is one octave lower than that of the person with a normal larynx. But there are not a few speakers who have a full octave range. If you can increase your pitch range, you will make your voice much more attractive and your speech much more natural.
Try to say will you? Can't we? Does he? Has she? with pronouns at a much higher pitch than the preceding verbs. Then let's try three pitches: do, re, mi; mi, re, do. Use bah instead;
