(1) The affairs concerning with the adjustment and coordination of the Office;
(2) The affairs concerning with the reception, despatch, compilation and preservation of documents;
(3) The affairs concerning with the legal affairs and the collection of data on marine accidents;
(4) The affairs concerning with what is not belonging to other divisions;
(Investigation Division)
Article 8. The Investigation Division shall administer the affairs as follows:
(1) The affairs concerning with the preparation and custody of the documents related to the cases of the Marine Accidents Inquiry;
(2) The affairs concerning with the investigation of the marine accidents, and the assistance of duties related to other Commissioners;
(Local Marine Accidents Inquiry Commissioner's Office)
Article 9. For the purpose of alloting the affairs of the Marine Accidents Inquiry Commissioner's Office, a Local Marine Accidents Inquiry Commissioner's Office shall be set up the seat of each Local Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency.
