(4) Names and occupations of the Designated Persons Concerned in a Marine Accident;
(5) Date when the offer for the Commencement of inquiry is made on.

Article 31. When the name, the position, the kind of license or occupation which shall be described in accordance with the provisions of Article 26, paragraph 2, 27 and 30, is unknown, the matters by which the person can be identified may be described in the place of the above particulars.
(Additional Designation or Revocation of an Examinee, or a Designated Person Concerned in a Marine Accident)
Article 32. A Commissioner may designate or revoke an Examinee or a Designated Person Concered in a Marine Accident anew after an offer for the commencement of inquiry is made.
2 The designation or revocation mentioned in paragraph 1 shall be made in writing.
3. The provisions of Article 26, 27, 30 and 31 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the designation mentioned in paragraph 1.
Section 3. Preparation for Inquiry
(Designation of the Date for Inquiry)
Article 33. The Presiding Judge shall fix the date for inquiry when an offer for the commencement of inquiry is made.
(Request for Change of the Date for Inquiry)
Article 34. A Commissioner, a Counsellor, an Examinee, or a Designated Person Concerned in a Marine Accident may make request for changing the date for the first inquiry to the Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency.
2. The request mentioned in paragraph 1 shall be made in writing, which the reasons of it should be made clear.
