In the opinion of the treasurer the financial statements set out on pages 1 to 3:
(a) present fairly the financial position of the Association of Maritime Education and Training Institutions in Asia Pacific at 30th June 1999 and the results of the Association for the year then ended: and
(b) satisfy the requirements of the committee to prepare accounts.
