EXECTIVE COMMITTEE'S REPORT: FINANCE
The accounts for the year to 30 June 1999 have been audited and the Financial Statements provided by the auditor are in AGM4/3/3 AttA.
The balance at the bank on 1 November was US$14,578 Cr-however there was outstanding income (US$12,250) and expenditure (approx US$6,000) arising from the 2nd IMO-AMETIAP Pedagogical Workshop, as well as other lesser expenditure to be taken into account.
AMETIAP is generating sufficient financial resources for the present level of activities
It is recommended that Garrott and Garrott, Chartered Accountants, of 62 Paterson Street, Launceston, Tasmania 7250, Austulia be appointed auditors for the year ending 30 June 2000
