1. Having discussed the performance honorarium process with the EXCO it has been decided that the performance honorarium of a maximum of US$2000 will be based upon your level of success in achieving the 10 goals in the 1999 workplan that are the sole responsibility of the Executive Secretary (specifically goals 1, 2, 4, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 22).
2. I have attached the contacts for the Taiwanese MET institution so you can follow-up on getting them to join AMETIAP.
