The area to be avoided lies within the coastline of the province of Matanzas and a line connecting the following geographical points:

(1)　23°05'.60N, 81°28'.50W　　Punta Maya Lighthouse

(2)　23°16'.60N, 81°28'.50W

(3)　23°19'.50N, 81°11'.50W

(4)　23°14'.60N, 81°07'.20W　　Cayo Piedras del Norte

(5)　23°11'.50N, 81°07'.20W　　Punta Las Morlas
