INVITATION
It is our great pleasure to announce that the Sixth International Symposium on Marine Engineering is scheduled in Tokyo, Japan, from Monday, the 23rd of October through to Friday, the 27th of October 2000. The Symposium will be hosted by the Marine Engineering Society in Japan, in cooperation with the institute of Marine Engineers in U.K.
The organizer would like to take this opportunity to invite all of you to attend at the conferences and the exhibitions.
The Symposium will present the most up to date information on various aspects of marine engineering, both current and future, focusing on the theme “Expectation for the Emergence and Development of New Technologies in Marine Engineering”. It will also provide participants with opportunities to exchange ideas and promote friendships among themselves.
The Marine Engineering Society in Japan will support the symposium by arranging the low cost accommodations and interesting tours for participants. The facilities of the symposium were completed in June 1999, and is located in central Tokyo.
We expect a large number of participants from all over the world and assure everyone that they will enjoy the international atmosphere and convenient environment provided by Metropolitan Tokyo.
