A. Degree to Which Objectives Were Met
All the stated objectives of the forum were met and in most cases exceeded.
B. Immediate Results of the Forum

The Forum has lead to the creation of a network of young scholars in the Asia-Pacific region who will engage in debate relating to the future of APEC and regional co-operation.
A statement was prepared by the participants and circulated to the media via Victoria University's media centre.
C. Expected Outcomes and Impact of the Forum
There is an immeasurable impact on the graduate students. It is envisaged that other institutions will feel confident of organising a similar event in the region in the coming years.
