Point of Medical Interview
a. Is the onset sudden or not?
b. Is there the symptom during exertion or at rest?
c. Is the symptom altered by body position? (Do symptoms worsen or are they relieved by a reclining position, standing position, or lateral position?)
d. Accompanying symptoms: cough, sputum, blood spitting, chest pain, consciousness disorder, palpitations, fever
