a. Nature of dizziness: rotational, floating, dizziness upon standing, swaying
b. Sudden, transient, or recurrent
c. Is the patient able to move?
d. Accompanying symptoms: tinnitus, hardness of hearing, diplopia, speech disorder, difficulty moving, consciousness disorder, weakness of upper and lower extremities
