Point of Medical Interview
a. Site of chest pain and the presence or absence of radiating pain
b. Severity and character of chest pain (constricting, pricking, dull, piercing, or tearing)
c. Duration, frequency, and time of onset
d. Effect of nitrate drugs (nitroglycerin)
e. Past history, family history, habits (tobacco, alcohol), presence or absence of diabetes or hypertension
f. Accompanying symptoms: shock, dyspnea, consciousness disorder, fever, nausea, abdominal pain, back pain
