MARITECH Advanced Shipbuilding Enterprise. USAの造船業と政府とのJoint Program。NSRPのExecutive Control Bordがスポンサ。政府側はDARPA, U.S. Navy, U.S. Department of Transportation。1998年に総括(終了)した、商船に関する設計およびプロセス改善を目指したMARITECHのfollow-onプログラム。
