The provisions of Article 230 of this Law and, Article 20, Article 29, paragraphs 5 to 6 of Article 32 and Article 32-2 of the Local Public Enterprise Law (Law No.292 of 1952) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the finance of special projects.
Section IV. Miscellaneous Provisions
(Auditors' Report)
Article 315.
The auditors shall submit a report on the result of audits to the presiding director of the Corporation and the chief executives of partner bodies, and make it public.

The chief executives of the partner bodies shall, upon receipt of such report under the preceding paragraph, transmit it to their assemblies.
(Commission)
Article 316.
To the extent necessary for the execution of the projects, the corporation may accept the commission from the partner bodies car the chief executives thereof to perform the affairs of such partner bodies or the affairs of the State within the execution of its own projects, it may accept the commission from the State, local public bodies or other public organizations to undertake projects related to its own projects.
(Dissolution)
Articles 317.
The corporation shall be dissolved when all the projects entrusted have been accomplished, or when the partner bodies have so decided by mutual agreement, as approved by their respective assemblies.

When the corporation is dissolved, the partner bodies shall report thereon to the Minister of Home Affairs or to the governor of To, Do, Fu or Ken in the same manner as in paragraph 2 of Article 298.
3.
When the corporation is dissolved, the partner bodies shall as stipulated in the agreement succeed to all the assets and liabilities of the corporation.
