The provisions of paragraphs 4 to 11 of Article 252-39 shall apply mutatis mutandis when notification has been made in accordance with the preceding paragraph. In such case, "the preceding paragraph" in paragraph 4 of the same article shall read "paragraph 3 of Article 252-41": "the chief executive of the ordinary local public body concerned shall summon the assembly within twenty days from the day of the said notification and" shall read "the chief executive": "the demand for individual external audit involving a demand for general audit" shall read "the demand by the chief executive for individual external audit under paragraph 2 of the same article": and the final sentence of paragraph 4 of Article 252-39 shall be omitted. For "in response to the demand for individual external audit involving a demand for general audit" in paragraph 5 of the same article shall be read "in response to the demand by the chief executive for individual external audit under paragraph 2 of Article 252-41": "relating to the matters involved in the said demand" shall read "regarding the demand by the chief executive for individual external audit under the same paragraph": "paragraph 3" in paragraph 7 of the same article shall read "paragraph 3 of Article 252-41": "the demand for individual external audit involving a demand for general audit" in item 1 of paragraph 8 of the same article shall read "the demand by the chief executive for individual external audit under paragraph 2 of Article 252-41".

The person who has concluded an individual external audit contract in accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 252-39 applied mutatis mutandis in line with the preceding paragraph shall, within the period of the individual external audit contract stipulated in the contract, carry out an audit of the matters relating to the demand by the chief executive for individual external audit.

The provisions of paragraph 5 of Article 252-37 and Article 252-38 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the audit by the individual external auditor of the matters relating to the demand by the chief executive for individual external audit. In such case, "the body targeted for a comprehensive external audit" in paragraph 5 of Article 252-37 and paragraphs 2, 4 and 6 of Article 252-38 shall read "the ordinary local public body which has concluded the individual external audit contract".
