WILD JASMINE 499,838-cft Refrigerated Cargo Ship
The 499,838-cub.ft. refrigerated cargo ship WILD JASMINE built at Iwagi Zosen of Imabari Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. was delivered to the owner, Cherry Line S.A. in August, 1998.
Features:
1. The cargo space is divided into four cargo holds with eight insulated compartments and the control air system of each cargo hold is provided in compliance with the requirements of the classification Society for the notation of RMC*,CA.
2. For refrigeration, a brine cooling system includes three R-22 screw compressors, three condensers and three brine pumps. Air cooler with circulating fans are installed in each insulated compartment. Cold air is supplied via a floor duct into compartments and returns to the coolers.
3. Cargo space temperature can be controlled between -25℃ and 15℃ with accuracy of ±0.1℃.
4. The vessel has four deck cranes for quick handling of pallets and containers. They can carry 160-TEU and 78-FEU containers including 58-FEU refrigerated containers and 550 motor vehicles in the cargo holds.
