CHANNEL NAVIGATOR OGISHIMA CAPE ROSA 171,978-dwt Capesize Bulk Carrier
CHANNEL NAVIGATOR is the second vessel of newly developed Dunkirk max Capesize bulk carrier, one of the newly designed NKK MX series, that have received orders for more than 20 vessels so far.
The vessel has achieved maximum hold capacity and deadweight within the limitation of the Port of Dunkirk.
The vessel is provided with pipe passage at the center of double-bottom space, which accommodates ballast and hold bilge pipings. This also facilitates easy access to and maintenance of these pipings.
NKK surf-bulb is also fitted to obtain better propulsive performance which results in lower fuel oil consumption.
