■ An Example observed by the Study Team on the cross-border movement at Moc Bai/Bavet (Vietnam-Cambodia border).
1. Compulsory transshipment of cargo to a different truck at the border
2. Inefficient and painful transshipment
･ Only specialized workers by walk or bicycle are allowed to carry bagged cargo between the two border gates (approximately 300m) for transshipment.
3. Troublesome entry fees
･ The workers must pay entry fees for such short transshipment service.
