Article 1
We will work to expand opportunities by which laryngectomees can learn to use their voices and to systematize these opportunities. Four concrete items are thereby shown.
Article 2
We ask that the physical disability laryngectomees have be properly assessed and that steps to eliminate the social handicaps that accompany this disability be taken. Four concrete items are thereby shown.
