Executive summary： This paper reminds the Sub-Committee of the draft performance standard for night vision equipment prepared by the United Kingdom.

1 At its forty-fourth session the Sub-Committee will consider the development of performance standards for night vision equipment for high speed craft.
2 The United Kingdom considers that the draft performance standards at the annex to NAV 43/13/3 provide a basis for further discussion and development. That annex is re-attached to this paper for ease of reference.
