As appears from the letter of the secretariat of CEN/TC 15 to the CEN/CS delegates of CEN/TC 15 have discussed comments on both drafts, which have been received in result of papallel considering of drafts in ISO and CEN in 1997. According to the results of this consideration the secretariat of CRN/TC 15 has prepared and now it is submiting to the CEN/CS amended Final Drafts pr EN ISO 8384/8385. Final Draft pr EN ISO 8384 is submitted in trilingual version： German, English, French; Final Draft pr EN ISO 8385 is submitted in English only.
The secretariat of CEN/TC 15 asks CEN/CS for examining of these draft standards and sending their checked copies to the ISO/TC 8/SC 7 for parallel voting on them in ISO and CEN.
CEN/CS, apparently, will send them to ISO/CS because just ISO/CS organizes voting on FDIS within ISO according to the Directives ISO/IEC.
On the part of Secretariat of ISO/TC 8/SC 7 it will apply in September 1998 on this subject to the ISO/CS (to Mr. Abram) and it will send him a copy of letter of secretariat if CEN/TC 15 to the CEN/CS as well.

By letter of 1997-08-21 to ISO/CS (Mr. F. Abram) secretariat of ISO/TC 8/SC 7 asked to repeat once more an enquiry on this standard in 1998, having changed questionnaire, but the standard is not included into the questionnaire of ISO/CS in 1998 according to the Form 20 (ISO). See also 5.1 (07.09).
