.3 complete the "draft implementation guidelines" with a view to providing guidance for the effective and uniform implementation of the above draft regulations;
.4 consider the preparation of a circular enquiring as to the status of national requirements adopted so far by individual Member States with a view to minimizing the risks of transferring harmfl aquatic organisms and pathogens with ballast water; and
.5 review all submissions made on ballast water, associated risks of transferring organisms and pathogens with ballast water, etc., submitted for consideration to this MEPC session.
