Annex 4
Comments on the course:
・ The lecturers could avoid doing the “How to apply DOTS” and leave the nationals do it themselves.
・ An internal “energizer” in the form of songs, exercises, or jokes or any other form will boost the listening and “absorbent” coping of the participants after one hour of lecture. The lecturers are the best in their field. We learned a lot.
・ Evaluation of NTP should be a topic.
・ Too much overlap in principles of DOTS. May decrease the number and length of lectures.
・ The course is somewhat hectic in schedule. One lecturer should finish his specific topics in one day, not one in one day and then continue the next day.
・ More free time: On Saturday
・ Probably a little more time should be devoted to treatment issues and drugs used in treatment of TB
・ The course has a very hectic schedule. Saturdays and Sundays should be days-off. Limited time for open forum and discussions
・ Too tight schedule of lectures
・ Very well balanced, informative and useful. Congratulations to the organizers
・ Schedule should be more loose. It's better to start at 8.30 a.m. in the mornings
