Please fill in the registration form ( Form A ) and submit it with payment or proof of payment to the OMAE'97 secretariat. All registration fees should be forwarded with the registration form. All payments must be made in Japanese yen by one of the following methods:
1. Bank draft in Japanese yen payable to the OMAE '97. Neither personal checks nor traveler's checks will be accepted.
2. Holders of AMEX, Diners Club, VISA or MasterCard may use their credit cards for charging all costs. Your card number and expiration date should be included on the registration form.
