Presentation was made by JTCA Study Team Members using "Issues and Drawings Summary" distributed to all the attendants. After main explanation of Study Outputs, the following points were suggested by the Government Officers for the finalization of the study.
1. For the future railway planning, especially for the Quadruple Tracking on Bekasi Line,the land acquisition shall be minimized as much as possible.
2. For the further detailed railway network planning in Jakarta area, the on-going andscheduled projects under the Jabotabek Railway Master Plan shall be considered as integrated with the future plan, so that the Jabotabek Railway System will have anefficient function.
3. Considering the future railway network in Jakarta area, railway terminal arrangement infuture, such as Gambir, Jakarta Kota, Pasar Senen, Jatinegara and Manggarai, should be clarified with transport system plan and urban land use plan.
4. Together with railway system improvement, feeder transport system to be interfaced with railway network shall be reinforced as the urban transport system.
5. Based on the current economic situation, the proposed Quadruple Tracking Project shall be evaluated and justified by the standard method by calculation of the Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
