* IRMA councillors shall attend IRMA Councillors Meeting that is the governing body to decide on the policy and elect the new officers. IRMA members are also invited to attend and observe the discussion. An important decision on the merging of IRMA and IFPMR into a new organization named the International Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (ISPRM) in 1999 is on the agenda.
