Congress Site Access
At Kyoto Station, transfer to the subway. It takes approx. 20 min. to Kokusaikaikan Station, the last subway stop and the nearest to Kyoto International Conference Hall (KICH). It is about 10 min. walk from the subway stop to KICH. Please refer to the map on the next page and p.74.
How to travel in Japan
Japan is full of interesting places. After the congress, if you wish to travel to Tokyo or other places in Japan, taking Super-Express (Shinkansen or "Bullet" train) is an easy way to go to major cities. Please consult the JTB Travel Desk at the congress site for any travel arrangements.
Airport Tax
When you leave Japan, you must pay a passenger service facility charge, or "airport tax". The airport tax ticket is sold by an automatic vending machine.

The registration desk at Kyoto International Conference Hall (KICH) will be open at the Entrance Lobby during the following hours:

Kyoto Night will start with traditional Japanese music. During dinner, you will be entertained with elegant dance and refined performances which have been cherished for many years. As seating is limited, you are asked to please pick up a ticket in advance at the registration desk.
