Anthony Lun

Anthony Lun graduated from the University of Michigan with a Masters degree in Music, became a classical pianist and began his singing career performing at hotels. He also worked as a producer in various recording studios.

 

In 1986, Anthony returned to Hong Kong and released his first solo album Seek. In the same year, the song "Lyrics", sung by Anthony at the Asia Pacific Popular Song Contest, won the Gold Award. His performance led to a recording contract with Capital Artists Ltd.

 

Anthony has won numerous awards including The Best Arrangement awards, The Most Performed Work in Radio & TV awards, The Most Popular Song awards and The Best Producer award. He was also presented the 1991 Best Film Song Award by the annual Golden Horse Award in Taipei and the 1991 Gold Award at the Asia Music Festival in Shanghai. In 1993, Anthony was chosen as one of the Ten Most Outstanding Young Persons.

 

As a singer, Anthony has held solo concerts annually from 1988 to 1992, three of which were with the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra. In addition to being the record producer of top artists such as Anita Mui, Sandy Lam, Leon Lai and Lui Fong, he has also acted as the musical director and guest performer of their live concerts.

 

Steve McClure

Steve McClure was born in 1958 in Vancouver, Canada. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with Bachelor's Degree majoring in Political Science and French in 1982.

Even before he graduated, Steve had been working as a reporter in Canada. He has worked as a journalist in the U.K. and Japan. He moved to Japan in 1985 and became the Japan correspondent for Billboard, the international newsweekly of music, video and home entertainment, in 1991.

At present, Steve is the Japan Bureau Chief of Billboard. As such, he has his hands full keeping track of the world's second-biggest music (after the U.S.). He recently finished writing "Nippon Pop", the first full-length English-language book about Japanese pop music. It will be published in Japan and the U.S. in April of 1998.

Steve is currently working on a book about Internet music sites.

 

Colette Moughli

Colette Moughli was born in France in 1949. In 1968, she started music copyright at United Artists. Colette then managed the music publishing company of film composer Francis Lai (who wrote "A Man And A Woman" and "Love Story" to name a few).

She set up her own music publishing company in 1983. Her company, Colove Music, specialized in film scores and songs. In addition, since 1991, she has also managed Primavere Music, the French-affiliated company of the Italian publisher Flipper. Primavere Music specialized in library music.
