CANCELLATION

Cancellation should be sent in writing to the secretariat. Refunds will be made as follows:

Cancellation received by March 14, 1997..................... 75% of the total will be refunded

Cancellation received from March 15, 1997........................ No refund

Please note that all refunds will be made after the conference.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

The registration desk at the venue (Pacifico Yokohama) will be open during the following hours:

Apr. 13 (Sun.) 16:00 - 18:00

Apr. 14 (Mon.) 8:00 - 17:00

Apr. 15 (Tue.) 9:00 - 17:00

Apr. 16 (Wed.) 9:00 - 17:00

Apr. 17 (Thu.) 9:00 - 17:00
