In recent years, high-preformance concrete and high strength concrete is developed actively. This concrete contains a lot of cements. Increase of cement causes the crack due to drying shrinkage, heat of hydration and autogenous shrinkage of cement, also, this crack will bring the penetration of chloride ion and moisture in case of coastal reinforced concrete structures suffer from chloride attack. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce that cement and water content of concrete, keeping up the present concrete strength. This study, reducing the cement and water content of the concrete by using superplasticizer, blast furnance slag and fly ash admixures, examines also, experimentally, the high quality concrete. This high quality concrete controls the crack due to the heat of hydration and drying shrinkage, as well as, the penetration of chloride ion and moisture into hardened concrete.
