"Drug Information Dictionary", is intended to provide a guide to how to handle the drugs on board. This book was compiled to meet the request of Japanese health administrators of ships usually loaded with individuals with various nationality, who work hard to maintain the general health of seamen for safe operation of the ships and who are in urgent need of a handbook which will provide non-Japanese individuals with sufficient information on the drugs on board.
This book contains basic information on drugs, including those included in the List of Medical Supplies, Class B, as well as those frequently used on board.
This book is a collection of summary package inserts of individual drug products. We are very pleased if the book helps both health control managers and the seamen who consult with the managers deepen the understanding of the drugs to board and makes great contribution to the promotion of health of all seamen.
