MINUTES OF THE SECOND OSPAR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEETING SINGAPORE, 26 AUG 96
1. The Second OSPAR Management Committee Meeting was held from 26-27 August 1996 in Singapore. Matters pertaining to management of the OSPAR Project equipment and Information Network System were discussed in the meeting.
2. List of delegations of the meeting appears as Attachment A.
3. Opening addresses were given by the Minister of Communications, Mr Mah Bow Tan.
4. Election of Chairman and Vice Chairman
The head of the delegation of the Singapore was nominated by Indonesia as the Chairman of the meeting and was unanimously agreed by the other delegations. The head of the delegation of The Philippines was elected as the Vice Chairman.
5. Adoption of Agenda
The meeting agreed to adopt the agenda as follows:
a) Election of Rapporteur
b) Discussion on matters arising from the first meeting
