Permissible manufacturing tolerance to be ± 7% instead ±5%
by the following reason:
Manufacturing tolerance to be determined considering from the stage of proto type
production. In case of gasoline engines not equipped governor, power dispersion
required is normally ±2% at the transition stage from proto type to mass production
and another ±5% after transition to mass production. Therefore, total ±7% of manufacturing
tolerance is considered to be appropriate. |
