Multidisciplinary Studies for the Progress of the Hungarian Economy and Culture Program
SYLFF Program:
The program is conducted at the national level and administered by the Hungarian Academy of the Sciences. Fellowships are awarded on a competitive basis to outstanding students in the social sciences and humanities. Young researchers who have been employed for less than 3 years by the research units of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, and students from the following five Hungarian institutions of higher learning are eligible to apply for fellowships: Budapest University of Economic Sciences and Public Administration, E  tv s Lor  nd University, University of Debrecen, University of P  cs, and University of Szeged. There are two types of fellowships: full fellowships for a maximum period of 3 years, and travel grants for attendance at conferences and courses abroad. Thirty-two (32) full fellowships and thirty-two (32) travel grants have been awarded to date.
