SHIPBULDING
The Council held an exchange of views on the question of shipbuilding, particularly on the proposal for a Regulation concerning a temporary defensive mechanism. The Council instructed the Permanent Representatives Committee to continue examination of this subject and agreed to return to it at a forthcoming meeting.
