A. Call for suggestion on identified issues from the members

A. Regular information on activities of the network will be passed to SOF in pre determined intervals.
B. Incidental information will be passunicated to SOF then and there on each event.
Procedure for reporting to SOF.

1) The coordinator is responsible passing up to date information with minimum delays to SOF.
2) Electronic means will be used for updating information.
3) General information will be communicated at regular intervals.
4) Special information will be communicated at the earliest possible moment.

1) Making awareness among relevant authorities concerning maritime related matters.
2) Identification of potential development in the field and playing an advisory role in future developments.
