3. Our country network is formed by all WMU Fellows in Myanmar.
4. Network Coordinator
 Name: - Myanmar WMU Coordinator
 Function: - To updated information/data of each fellow student in the country
  - To send updated information and data of fellows to Regional Coordinator
  - To communicate and receive updated information from Regional Coordinator
  - To give advice or suggestion to Regional Coordinator, if any
  - To seek assistance from other members of network
 Selection Procedure:  - By the decision of fellows during the meeting.
 Term of Appointment:  - One year.
5. The Coordinator for country network

6. Objectives of Local(Country) network
a. To communicate directly with other networks in the region
b. To provide and update database of Myanmar Fellows
c. To provide important information concerning maritime industry in Myanmar which can benefit fellows in the region
7. Decision-making procedures
 All decisions are made in quarterly (regular) meetings or special meetings
8. Maintenance of up-to-date member list
 Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance of up-to-date member list by contacting each member by telephone or fax. Member fellows will inform changes of their personal data such as position, address, etc.
9. Reporting to SOF
 All Fellow member list and important information will be exchanged directly to SOF and through Regional Coordinator.
10. Action Plan
a. To call initial meeting within one month after arriving back home.
b. To find facility such as work place and necessary equipment which involve funding to create home page with on-line facilities within one month after arriving back home.
c. To hold regular meetings every three months.
11. Procedures for contacting member Fellows
 Coordinator will contact member Fellows by telephone, fax or e-mail.
12. Proposal to SOF
Funding is proposed for the followings:
a. Hardware
A complete set of computer with scanner and printer
b. Software (Internet)
c. Internet connection (Special permission is required from Ministry of Post and Telecommunications)
d. Installation fees for Internet & call charges which are to be paid in U.S $.
e. Servicing and repairing cost if there is any malfunction of hard ware or soft ware (to be paid in local currency)
f. Consumables e.g. printer toner, paper, etc. (to be paid in local currency)
