Increase the well-functioned health facilities (sub-health post) and the well-trained health care providers
Implement the system of home visit
Motivate the patient and/or family members for early visit to health facilities
Health education for health care providers
Education for traditional healers
The problem of delay between onset of symptoms and initiation of treatment lies less with TB patients than with the medical system.
If cure cannot be guaranteed for TB patients, expanding case finding activities dose not make sense.
This is not only for developing countries, but also for developed countries.
Tremendous efforts toward TB patients need to be made more.
