2] 外国籍船(日本籍以外の船舶)の場合、Rules for Radio Installations(通信設備規則)により次の掲げる図面及び書類を提出する。

Ship's name, ship builder's name, hull number, name of flag state, and gross tonnage, class number,
Specifications (names of manufacturers, types, type approval number sets) of radio equipment;
Secondary means of alerting, Sea areas, means of maintenance (shore -based, at-sea electronic maintenance, duplication of equipment), GMDSS identities (Call sign, MMSI, NBDP/INMARSAT/EPIRB ID);
Main, emergency and reserve sources of electrical power.
Calculation sheets for capacity of accumulator batteries for reserve source.
b) Arrangement of radio equipment and radio life-saving appliances
c) Electrical wiring diagram of radio installations
d) Arrangement of antenna
