Thank you for your letter dated 15 November 1999. Sinces the Asian Federation of Laryngectomees Association was granted Special Consultativc Status in 1997, your organization is obliged to submit a Quadrennial report covering the period of 1997-2000. Please transmit this document as soon as it is prepared but by no later than 01 January 2001.
Enclosed you will find Guidelines for Snbmission of Quadrennial Reports for NGO's in General and Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council.
