With reference to the discussion through telephone between my Counsellor Mr.Souchay PHILATHIVONG and Mr.KITAKAMI, on the 25 of August 1998, above a Lao - Japanese dictionary project proposed by Mr.Hom SONGPRADITH President of the Lao Association in Japan. I would be very grateful to you if you could extend your kind assistance to this project especially for the printing.
This dictionary which will be the first one will be very useful for the Lao people living in Japan including the Lao students studying in this country.
