Subject: The 1st meeting of ISO/TC8/SC9
Dear Sirs,
The Secretariat of ISO/TC8/SC9 informs you that the its 1st meeting will be held on 19th October 1999 in Tokyo, in paralleling with ISO/TC8 18th plenary meeting and its Sub-committees meetings.
We send you " Notice of Meeting/Draft Agenda of ISO/TC8/SC9" (ISO/TC8/SC9 N 16) and "Circular letter on the 18th Plenary Meeting of ISO/TC8 and its SC's meetings, TOKYO 1999" attached in this letter.
The Secretariat of ISO/TC8/SC9 requests you to participate in the 18th meeting of ISO/TC8/SC9, by all means.
And please complete the attached "Registration/Participation Form" and return it to JMSA by Fax
before 15th september 1999,
